Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all paid products and services provided by Emodels me DMCC ("Emodels Pro") via emodelspro.com. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. 14-day cooling-off period — online courses
For pre-recorded online courses purchased directly from emodelspro.com, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not consumed more than 20% of the course content. Beyond this threshold the course is considered substantially delivered and a refund cannot be granted.
2. Private 1:1 coaching
Private coaching engagements are governed primarily by the engagement agreement you sign before the program starts. In addition:
- You may cancel a coaching engagement before the first session for a full refund.
- After the first session, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund equal to the value of any remaining unused sessions, less a 10% administrative fee.
- Group coaching, cohort programs, and intensives are non-refundable once the cohort has started, but a replacement attendee may be substituted with prior written approval.
3. Session rescheduling & cancellation
- Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows", are considered delivered and are not refundable.
- If a coach cancels a session, it will be rescheduled at no cost or, at your request, refunded in full.
4. Casting or agency-introduction fees
Fees paid for casting submissions or agency introductions cover the work of preparing and submitting your application. They are non-refundable regardless of the outcome, because the service is rendered at the point of submission.
5. How to request a refund
Send an email to info@emodelspro.com from the address used to register, including:
- Your full name and order or engagement reference.
- The product or service you purchased.
- The reason for the refund request.
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and, where the request is approved, issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank processing times may add a few additional days.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we resolve the vast majority of disputes quickly and amicably. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay your refund and may result in your account being suspended.
7. Exceptional circumstances
In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other documented hardship that prevents you from using a coaching program, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit, pause, or partial refund outside the standard terms. Reach out and we will work with you in good faith.
8. Governing law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
