Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your access to and use of emodelspro.com and any services, content, coaching programs, courses, or materials provided by Emodels me DMCC ("Emodels Pro", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site or registering for any service you confirm that you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to register, purchase, or enter into a coaching engagement with Emodels Pro. Users between 13 and 17 may register only with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
2. The services
Emodels Pro provides educational content, structured career paths, and private 1:1 coaching for models at every level. Specific scope, duration, and deliverables of any paid coaching engagement are described in a separate engagement agreement or scope of work (SOW) signed before the start of the engagement.
The Site, course content, frameworks, written guides, recorded video, and any associated material are provided "as is" for personal educational use only. No outcome — booking, signing, income, agency representation — is guaranteed.
3. Account & security
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Services, or behave in a way that harms other users or staff.
4. Payments
Prices, payment schedules, and currencies for any paid service are disclosed at the point of purchase or in your engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all amounts are exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable under UAE law. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers.
5. Refunds & cancellation
Refund and cancellation rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, reproduce, broadcast, or redistribute any course material without our written consent.
- Share your account or course login with anyone outside your household.
- Use the Services to harass, defame, or harm any other user, coach, or third party.
- Upload illegal, indecent, or infringing content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Site or our infrastructure.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to the Emodels Pro name, logo, course materials, frameworks, video, photography, written guides, and methodologies — is owned by Emodels me DMCC or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your personal, non-commercial training only.
8. Content you submit
You retain ownership of photos, videos, written work, or other content you submit (for example for portfolio review or casting submissions). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, limited licence to use such content solely to deliver the Service to you, train internally, and — where you give explicit consent — feature in testimonials or marketing.
9. Casting & agency introductions
Where Emodels Pro introduces you to an agency, brand, or casting opportunity, we act as a facilitator only. We are not your agent and do not warrant the conduct or outcomes of any third party. Always read and understand contracts before signing them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Emodels me DMCC, its employees, coaches, and partners harmless from any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
